No, utilities are not included in the rent. Water is sub-metered and will be billed monthly. This will reflect on your monthly statement and will be due on the 1st of the month with the rent and any other monthly fees. Residents are responsible for setting up electricity in the leaseholder’s name. You can select any electricity company you would like.

In the case that you have an emergency maintenance request, you can reach our team at any time to place an emergency service request by calling our office. If you call outside of office hours, please follow the prompt and our on-call emergency service associate will address requests that qualify as an emergency.
For emergencies that require immediate attention, such as fires, medical situations, or any life-threatening situations, please call 911 directly.
If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office or give us a call. If you are locked out after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.
We encourage our residents to personalize their apartments and make them feel like home. You are welcome to hang pictures and even mount your TV on the wall. We kindly ask that you visit the office to learn about our decorating policies and any charges that may apply for restoring the apartment before you move out.
Parking is on a first come first served basis in our parking garages. We do not offer reserved parking.
All residents are responsible for the actions of their guests and guests must follow the applicable lease and community policies.
